Video Library Subscription Service Membership Extension Form (existing members)

Please not that this form is ONLY to be used by existing members of the Richmond Upon Thames College Video Library missed recording subscription scheme.

For this year members are entitled to an extra ten recordings, previously only six recordings were allowed.

This subscription will expire 31 July 2010
